Medistanbul Hospital Linac Installation

Medistanbul Hospital, one of Istanbul's premier private healthcare facilities, required a new Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator installation in their newly constructed radiotherapy wing.

The project involved complete site preparation including floor epoxy leveling, cable tray installation, cooling water loop setup, and lead-shielded door integration. Our 4-person engineering team completed the mechanical assembly, beam alignment, and dosimetry calibration in just 12 weeks.

The installation was performed according to Varian OEM specifications and passed all acceptance testing on the first attempt. The device was handed over to the clinical team with full documentation and on-site training.

Key highlights: 12-week timeline achieved, zero snags at handover, and the hospital reported 98% uptime in the first quarter of clinical operation.
