RF Teknik Medikal completed dismantling of two Elekta linear accelerators at Institut de Cancérologie de Bourgogne in Dijon, France, with Value Medical and URR Medical. The work took account of the requirements for future reinstallation.

## Dismantling two Elekta systems

Mechanical, electrical and RF components were separated. The gantry, treatment head, multileaf collimator (MLC), klystron/modulator and control systems were included in the dismantling scope.

## Labelling and packing

Components were labelled, documented and packed. This supported component traceability and protection of the equipment during transport and preparation for subsequent installation.
