RF Teknik Medikal completed dismantling of a Varian iX linear accelerator at Institutul Regional de Oncologie Iași, Romania, together with ONCO SYSTEMS SRL and MEDITEL HEALTHCARE.

## Varian iX dismantling and module records

Equipment modules were separated and documented under the applicable safety protocols. Dismantling was completed within the planned schedule, with care for the radiotherapy system’s sensitive components.

## Protection and removal from site

Separated components were protected and loaded onto a vehicle for removal. Local and international teams coordinated the work with regard to the hospital’s operating arrangements.
