RF Teknik Medikal completed radiotherapy room infrastructure preparation for a Varian TrueBeam and renovation of the TPS room at Rize Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Training and Research Hospital. The project began with removal of the existing Elekta linear accelerator.

## From Elekta removal to TrueBeam room preparation

The existing system was decommissioned and dismantled. The bunker was then adapted to the new system’s technical and structural requirements through infrastructure works and engineering coordination.

## TPS room renovation and handover

The Treatment Planning System (TPS) room was modernised. The bunker and associated technical areas were handed over ready for Varian TrueBeam installation, with contributions from BAYTUNA Sağlık Hizmetleri and the site teams.
