RF Teknik Medikal completed room infrastructure preparation for an Elekta linear accelerator at Bursa Uludağ University Hospital, together with MEDITEL HEALTHCARE. The treatment room was handed over ready for the new equipment’s installation and commissioning stages.

Radiation shielding and door refurbishment

Wall shielding work was carried out and the existing LINAC door was refurbished. Mechanical and structural preparations followed the Elekta system’s room requirements.

Electrical infrastructure and site coordination

Power distribution, earthing and auxiliary systems were adapted. Site checks and coordination between disciplines supported completion of the infrastructure works. This room conversion followed removal of the Siemens Primus and Somatom systems.
